Terms and conditions

1. The service

MagnoPaws is a platform to organize your pets' health information: event history, vaccines, medications, weight checks, daily care, and product inventory.

MagnoPaws is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide diagnoses or veterinary advice, and it does not replace professional care. For any concern about your pet's health, consult your veterinarian.

2. Your account

To use MagnoPaws you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that happens in your account.

You must be over 18 years old, or have the authorization of a responsible adult, to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service legitimately: not attempting to access other people's data, not interfering with the platform's operation, and not using it for illegal purposes.

We may suspend accounts that violate these conditions, notifying you at your registered email when possible.

4. Plans and payments

MagnoPaws offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Prices are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through Flow (flow.cl), a Chilean payment provider. MagnoPaws does not store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you will keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Your content

The information you record (pets, health events, photos, notes) is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with.

Shareable profiles are published through private links that you generate and can revoke at any time.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be scheduled maintenance or disruptions beyond our control.

MagnoPaws is under active development: some features may change, improve, or be retired. Relevant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagnoPaws will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including care decisions made based on the information recorded in the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that Chilean law grants you as a consumer.

8. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion is final: it removes your pets, events, files, and personal data from our systems.

9. Changes to these terms

If we substantially modify these terms, we will notify you at your registered email or within the application before the changes take effect.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
